Ask yourself, what would you like to see happen? When you have answered this, write down one action that you can do in the next 2 weeks that will get you closer to this.
Focus on the present. Listen to your body and do things at your own pace.
Steph is the founder of Life after Cancer which offers individual support through one-to-one coaching, group workshops and support groups, helping you to get from where you are now, to where you want to be.
