Online Coaching
Coaching is a structured, goal-oriented process that helps individuals unlock their potential and achieve personal growth.
Rather than offering advice or prescribing solutions, coaching creates a space for self-discovery, clarity, and purposeful action.

30th October – 12pm to 1pm: The impact of a diagnosis on mental health with counsellor Steve Pointon.
18th November – 3pm to 4pm: Peer support, meet cancer survivors and share your story.
16th December – 3pm to 4pm: Join Cancer Coach Kirstie Blanchette for a gentle, practical workshop on coping with Christmas overwhelm – exploring how to protect your energy, manage fatigue, and set healthy boundaries so you can rebuild without burnout and let go of the festive ‘shoulds’.
27th January: TBC Coping with treatment side effects.
