Online Coaching
Coaching is a structured, goal-oriented process that helps individuals unlock their potential and achieve personal growth.
Rather than offering advice or prescribing solutions, coaching creates a space for self-discovery, clarity, and purposeful action.
Interested? Let us know on the below form and we’ll keep you posted about activities and dates.
31st March – 6.30-7.30pm: Join Emma Bell, Childless Coach and cancer survivor for a discussion about cancer’s impact on fertility, and the childless not by choice experience.
Emma says: “There’s a lot to unpack when you can’t have children as a result of treatment for cancer. Maybe you already knew you wanted children or maybe you hadn’t really thought about it yet – but there’s no doubt that having the choice permanently taken away is a big life moment.
My time with you at the Recovery Café will feature all the big hits – grief, identity, relationships, loss, isolation, sexuality – let’s name the big stuff and take a look at it. It doesn’t have to be taboo.
To want children and not be able to have them can feel incredibly painful and isolating. In my experience it is also something you can integrate into your life and learn to live with and beyond. We’ll explore that too.”

Talks and Q&As
Join our expert talks and Q&As, delivered by cancer survivors.
28th April – 6.30-7.30pm
Joy from Tropic Skincare will be joining us to share guidance on caring for your skin during and after cancer treatment.
Joy will explain how everyday personal care products can contribute to what’s known as ‘the body burden’, and why choosing products formulated without certain potentially harmful ingredients can help support skin when it’s feeling particularly vulnerable.
The session will also explore why being more mindful about product choices matters for the whole family, and how simple, practical swaps can help create routines that nurture and protect at every stage of life. This is an informational session – there’s no obligation to purchase products.
