What change do you want to make in the world?

We want every cancer survivor to live a happy, healthy, independent life beyond treatment.

To achieve this, our two main campaigns are ‘Mission Diagnosis: Something’s Not Right’ and ‘Mission Secure: End the Toll’.

We also have 15 further calls for change following our in-depth case studies. We spoke to 73 people facing cancer for an hour individually and they shared what could change to improve their lives. As our capacity builds, we’re hoping to take on each of these topics – from opportunities to build a holistic post-cancer pathway, to ways to  build mechanisms to improve services based on patient experiences.

While our focus is cancer survivors, we recognise that cancer survivors are found in every walk of life and at every life stage. Many have concurrent health issues and disabilities. This means we are incredibly passionate about improving the world for everyone.

For example, our current campaign, Mission Secure, calls for systemic changes that will not only transform the financial lives of people with cancer, but will improve the rights and entitlements for all families facing critical illness.
