Dear Cancer...

Dear Cancer thank you for giving me this blow

Do you really think you can take away my glow?

Well I am telling you now that is such a no!

For I am strong and don't give up you know

So from this blow of yours I will immensely grow

And you Cancer will have to just go

Yes Cancer you are right you give me grief

Especially at times there is no relief

But you must understand I have belief

That one day you will be defeated under my jumping, stamping joyous feet

Until then we will continue to meet

Until you retreat

And on that day will be my treat

Life from thereon will be sweet
