Hiya,
I take all sorts of probiotics (not at once ?) I think the more diverse your gut bacteria the better. I've had very expensive once like usos choice (from Amazon) to bioglan and biokult. They all have different strains so I think it's good to mix it up. I also try and eat prebiotic food too.
Talking therapy was good and did help but she didn't have a lot of experience with cancer patients and our recurrance fears. The clinical psychologist seemed to "get it" and helped me moved on in a practical way. X x x
Hi All,
I'm new, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer at 35 a few weeks short of my 36th birthday in April 2017, I had surgury and 11 sessions of Chemo. I've really struggled since finishing treatment with my mental health so have done talking therapy and am still under the clinical psychologist. I had my 1 year off chemo clear scan results at the end of November 2018. I've only been back at work 2 months and am loving it, 3 days a week. I have changed my diet to mainly plant based some organic dairy (no meat at all) I take vitamins, probiotics and a few other bits in the hope it will support my body.
